Disclaimer and use of the platform
This platform is provided as a tool for creating, managing and inviting participants to events. The owner and operator of the platform is not the organiser of events created by users and accepts no responsibility for the holding or running of these events.
The person who creates an event is personally responsible for ensuring that the event and any related activities comply with applicable law and any relevant rules, permits and requirements.
The owner of the platform cannot be held liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, loss or any other direct or indirect consequences that may arise before, during or after an event. Participation in events is at your own risk.
The platform may not be used to plan, promote, encourage or facilitate illegal activities. It is also not permitted to create events or publish content that is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise grossly offensive or inappropriate.
If we become aware of an event or content that, in our judgement, violates these rules, applicable law or the platform's guidelines, we reserve the right to remove the event or content without prior notice and, if necessary, to restrict or close the user account concerned.
By creating or taking part in an event via the platform, the user accepts these terms.
